Reverend Brad Sheppard is a child of God and follower of Jesus Christ. He grew up in the foothills of South Carolina where he graduated from Furman University. He graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary where he met his wife, the Reverend Terry Kukuk, who serves as Executive Presbyter of the Presbytery of the Miami Valley. Together they are raising two sons, Jadon and Ian. They love spending time together and are always up for any kind of excursion or adventure. They enjoy movie nights, bike rides and road trips to new places.
Over nearly twenty years of ministry Brad has served the church and the world in a variety of ways—working with young adults as a college chaplain; supporting the homeless; and serving Presbyterian congregations.
In his free time Brad attempts to grow vegetables and catch fish. He mainly does these things as a reason to be outdoors. He also enjoys reading, photography and spending time on the water in his kayak. He is an avid baseball fan and passionately follows the Atlanta Braves. All in all, Brad strives to live his life in service to Christ and others with all the energy, intelligence and imagination he can muster.
