BIBLE STUDY: This Sunday at 7PM Michele Mansfield will continue our study of the “Great Cloud of Witnesses” found in the book of Hebrews with a focus on Joshua, a flawed person who obeyed God, and whose life gave witness to the truth of God’s power, wisdom, grace. We will discuss how Joshua heard God’s call, waffled, then put his trust in God and ACTED.
We’ll discuss the challenges Joshua faced along the way – challenges inside himself, and challenges others created for him. We’ll look for connections between the man Joshua and each of us today. We’ll talk about the character of God, as revealed in Joshua’s interaction with God, and as revealed in our own relationships with God. You’ll be blessed if you come – plus we’ll have a light refreshments and end at 8 sharp.
